Since we announced our compliance audits at the beginning of 2023, a number of changes have been made, including the introduction of our new strategic plan to enhance, promote and protect CREB® members.
We have also made strides with Pillar 9™ on improving member experience with their platform (and will continue to do so) and we’ve recently learned about the adjustments to the RMS and introduction of the BGMS from RECA.
Given these changes, the Q3 and Q4 audit topics, RMS/ Total Above Grade and lot size on conventional condos, respectively, have been reviewed and we will not be conducting system-wide audits in the second half of 2023.
Member Practice will continue to support database integrity through their routine work and look forward to connecting with our members to help them develop listing and business practices that align with our industry’s professional expectations.
Thank you to all brokers, associates and the staff that support them, for continuing to contribute to the integrity and reliability of the CREB® listing information.
