Up to April 1, our contractor TruSpace had a crew of people doing demolition work on both floors, and on April 1, we officially moved into the project's construction phase.

As you’ll see in the videos now posted on the CREB^® Campus Hub, we’ve cleared all the old carpet and tile, removed some of the partition walls to make room for new member areas, and are quickly moving into the build out of the member service area and new member café.

If you need to come to the building, be assured that the Member Service team is ready to help you just as before, with lockboxes, other retail items, and personalized service for all your needs.

Just inside the front doors and a little to the left, you’ll find Member Service ready to support you. We’ve created a space separated from the construction zone to ensure safety and keep the noise and dust down during construction.

The video tours on the CREB^® Campus Hub will help you imagine what these areas might look like after construction is complete, identifying areas that provide ample seating of various configurations, meeting rooms, private office spaces, and spaces that will be available for rent.
