The rental forms on CREB®Link have recently been updated to ensure agreements are current and relevant for property managers in today’s market.
A legal review was conducted, and adjustments were made based on case law and agreement drafting best practices.
We’re pleased to inform you that all the updated forms are now available on both NexOne and CREA WebForms. You can also find the forms on CREB®Link. If you’ve saved previous versions of our rental forms, please update them to ensure you’re using the most recent versions.
