On Aug. 6, 2024, the City of Calgary implemented blanket rezoning, which may impact your property listings. 

Currently, Pillar 9™ is collaborating with the City’s tax and assessment team to update the new zoning information on REMaps™. However, please be aware that the auto-populated zoning data might now be incorrect when entering your listing.

To verify a property’s current zoning, we recommend using the City of Calgary’s My Property 3.0 Tool, available at maps.calgary.ca/myProperty/. CREB^® has confirmed that the My Property 3.0 Tool’s database has been updated to reflect the recent blanket rezoning. We strongly encourage our members to use this tool.

In the meantime, Pillar 9™ and the City of Calgary are working together to update our system. We will keep you informed as soon as the new zoning data is available on Pillar 9™.
