Receiving error messages on your SentriLock app?

If you are using the SentriLock app on your smartphone and receiving error messages such as “Service Unavailable” or “No Data”, it may be caused by an active VPN (virtual private network) on your device.

If you are encountering these issues, check if a VPN is enabled on your device; if a VPN is active, you will need to disable it or completely uninstall the VPN application. This ensures uninterrupted access to your SentriLock app.
