On July 17, only licensed agents and brokers will have full access to Matrix and OnePlatform. Anyone with assistant-level access will have modified permissions for data security reasons.
To avoid access interruptions, ensure that anyone with assistant level access is set up to impersonate a licensed agent or broker if they are required to input, edit, search or print on behalf of an agent or broker.
