The rental forms on CREB^®Link have recently been updated to ensure agreements are up-to-date and relevant for property managers in today’s market. A legal review was done, and adjustments were made based on case law and agreement drafting best practices.

You can find all the updated forms here. If you’ve saved previous versions of our rental forms, please update them to ensure you’re using the newest versions.

The Member Practice team is in the process of also updating the forms on WebForms and NexOne. We will update you when this is completed.
