This week is the Canadian Mental Health Association’s (CMHA) Mental Health Awareness Week, and this year’s theme is compassion. The CMHA spreads awareness and provides education and support on concerns related to mental health and substance abuse.
In alignment with this year’s theme of compassion, we can all practice a little more self-compassion in our daily lives.
