Since the release of CoreLogic’s new 3-panel search, Pillar 9™ has received a range of feedback from members.
Some have found the search to be a bit of an adjustment, while others have reverted to the classic search due to the new search’s shortcomings.
Pillar 9™ is listening to this feedback and agrees that the search is not the seamless tool that members expect and require. When Pillar 9 first tested the 3-panel search in beta, it listened to members, identified a number of shortcomings, and has since been working closely with CoreLogic to ensure your concerns are heard and addressed.
At the same time, users across North America have shared similar opinions. As a result of this feedback from Pillar 9™ and others, CoreLogic has kept the classic search option available in Matrix.
What’s next?
Pillar 9™ is continuing to work with CoreLogic to make sure our members’ experience is at the forefront as CoreLogic works to improve the new search, and is asking for your help. Its support team has set up a dedicated tracking queue specifically for your feedback on the 3-panel search. Whether it’s suggestions for improvement, challenges with efficiency, missing functionality, or features you simply don’t enjoy, Pillar 9 wants to know about it.
Along with other boards in North America, Pillar 9™ is advocating for CoreLogic to keep the classic search available until it’s confident the 3-panel search is the preferred choice of our members. “We believe in putting our members’ experience first, and we’ll continue to push for improvements in every tool and service we offer,” says Shane Griffin, CEO of Pillar 9™.
“Your input is vital, and our commitment to continuous improvement means we’ll never stop working on your behalf. Thank you for being an active part of this process with us.”
