CREB® is launching a new model of SentriLock lockbox in early 2025 that will replace the current model, which SentriLock is discontinuing. Here’s what you need to know:
- Your current lockboxes will continue to work.
- This update does not mean you need to upgrade, and you will not be able to swap an old lockbox for the new model.
- Your warranty continues to work the same.
CREB® is slowly selling down the current lockbox supply and will soon switch to the new model, so you will begin to see the new model in the network in early 2025.
The new model looks and functions a little differently from the current model, so please refer to the comparison sheet linked here to learn the differences.
