The clients at Unison at Kerby Centre are now enjoying a beautiful backyard oasis funded by the CREB^® REALTOR^® Community Foundation Transformation Grant.

The support of the Foundation has helped transform the area into a safer, cleaner, more inviting and inclusive environment for the Elder Abuse Shelter clients.

The oasis provides shelter clients with a secure space to relax outdoors and heal as they work towards recovery. With the new security fencing, the backyard and building are no longer vandalized, and clients have started planting flowerpots knowing they won’t be stolen or vandalized anymore.

The support of REALTORS^® and the Foundation has made this transformation possible, which the clients of Unison at Kerby Centre will enjoy  for many years to come.
