CREB® Chat is a new and easy way to connect with Member Support and ask quick questions such as inquiries about condo plans, updating your account information or how to make payments.
The chat is with a real human and queue based, so you can expect wait times as if you were calling in, but now you don’t have to wait on the phone. To start the chat, you simply click on the chat bubble on the bottom right of CREB® Link and then select “New Conversation”.
When you’re connected with an agent from Member Support, ask your questions and, when you’re finished, click the “End Chat” button. Conversations that are inactive for more than two minutes will end automatically; if this happens before your question is answered, you will have to start a new conversation.
If your question cannot be answered over CREB® Chat, Member Support will follow-up with an email or a phone call depending on the issue.
