CREB® has teamed up with my-eforce to provide you with an emergency message app to help keep you safe at showings, when meeting with clients, and any other time you find yourself working alone. There is no cost to you to take advantage of this service.
With the app installed on your mobile phone and/or Apple or Android smartwatch, you can discreetly send a distress message to have emergency services sent to your location. Key features include:
- Immediate emergency assistance with a single touch of a button on your phone or smartwatch
- 24/7/365 monitoring by a dispatch centre that will contact emergency services and send them to your exact location
- GPS tracking that can be turned on and off for privacy
- For use at work and in your personal time
- No cost to CREB® members
How to get the my-eforce app
The app is available for iPhone and Android phones, as well as Apple and Android smartwatches (you don’t need a smartwatch to use the app on your phone). To register and download the app from the App Store or Google Play, click here.
Once you’ve registered and installed the app on your phone and/or smartwatch, browse through the my-eforce app help centre for details on how to use it. CREB® will also be scheduling webinars to walk you through the app’s features.
Note: If you don’t use my-eforce for 60 days, your account will be automatically deactivated. The smartwatch app is not available for Garmin, Fitbit, and other smartwatches that do not run on Apple’s watchOS or Google’s WearOS.
