CREB^®’s Board of Directors elections are just around the corner. If you are considering running in CREB^®'s fall election or just want to strengthen your leadership and governance skills, don’t forget to register for CREA's Leadership 200 and 300.

Through these courses, you'll learn how to accelerate your leadership development, including good governance, making and amending meeting motions, building consensus, and advancing strategic plans.

Leadership 200: Becoming a leader 

Date: Tuesday, Oct. 8

Fee: $186.45 (tax included)
Course prerequisite: Leadership 100 

Leadership 300: Enhancing leadership skills

Date: Thursday, Oct. 10
Location: Online, from CREA
Fee: $186.45 (tax included)
Course prerequisites: Leadership 100 and Leadership 200

As per Bylaw 6.5c and Board Composition Policy 1.1.1, Leadership 100, 200, and 300 are prerequisites for any member who wishes to run for a seat on CREB^®'s Board of Directors.

Members who have not taken Leadership 100 can complete the course for free online through CREA's website here.
