Get ready for some great news! CREB^® is rolling out a brand-new model of the SentriLock lockbox on Jan. 27.

 

Here’s what you need to know:

• Your current lockboxes will continue to work and do not have an end-of-life date.
• This update does not mean you need to upgrade.
• You will not be able to swap an old lockbox for the new model.
• Your warranty continues to work the same.
• If you need to swap your lockbox for warranty reasons, you will receive the same model as the one you traded in.
• There is no increase in price for the new lockbox model.

An exciting new feature of the new model is its built-in backup battery system. If the battery runs out while you're at a listing, you can press a small button on the box to activate the emergency battery, which will release the shackle. After that, you can bring the lockbox to CREB^® for a quick battery replacement. Plus, a low battery indicator will notify you in advance, ensuring you’re never caught off guard.
