CREB^® is rolling out a brand-new model of the SentriLock lockbox on Jan. 27, and this new model comes with new features.

Here’s what you need to know:

• Your current lockboxes will continue to work and do not have an end-of-life date.
• This update does not mean you need to upgrade.
• You will not be able to swap an old lockbox for the new model.
• Your warranty continues to work the same.
• If you need to swap your lockbox for warranty reasons, you will receive the same model as the one you traded in.
• There is no increase in price for the new lockbox model.

New features:

• Built-in backup battery system
  • If the battery runs out while at a listing, press a small button on the box to activate the emergency battery, which will release the shackle, then bring the lockbox to CREB^® for a battery replacement.
• Low battery indicator that notifies you in advance
• Touch-N-Show
  • This feature is a new app update that allows you to securely open the new model of lockbox simply tapping your phone. This feature will be available in your app starting Jan. 27.
