ARLO enhancements bring greater efficiency to land titles services

By CREB®
The Alberta government has announced new enhancements to the Alberta Registry for Land Online (ARLO), continuing its commitment to modernizing land titles services.

These updates, which took effect on February 20, 2025, are designed to improve convenience, streamline processes, and enhance digital efficiency for users.

What’s new in ARLO?

Search enhancements
Users can now search by title number and LINC (Land Identifier Numeric Code) number, in addition to plan, block, and lot. Purchased titles will be delivered directly to the user's email as a PDF, improving accessibility and ease of use.

Enhanced contact page
To improve communication and support, ARLO now provides email confirmation notifications for inquiries submitted via the contact form. Additionally, users will be shown suggested resources relevant to their inquiry, helping them find answers more efficiently.

Volume data access improvements
Users now have the option to complete a PDF form or utilize the new online request form, which features step-by-step submission and processing instructions for a more seamless experience.

How to get started
We encourage our CREB® members to explore ARLO and use these enhancements to simplify their land titles search transactions. If you have any questions or require assistance, ARLO’s Contact Us and Help Center pages provide dedicated support to guide you through the process.
