As the year draws to a close, CREB^®'s Government Relations Standing Committee (GRSC) is proud to reflect on a year of impactful advocacy and meaningful engagement with all levels of government.

Thanks to the support of wonderful donors and incredible bidders, this year the CREB^® REALTOR^® Community Foundation's silent auction surpassed its goal of $10,000 and raised $13,100!

Good etiquette is important for all REALTORS^® to maintain a professional profile and reputation.

CREB^® Members will receive their CREB^® and CREA 2025 annual dues statement by early February. Invoices for CREB^®'s portion of the annual dues will be delivered in January, with the full amount due Friday, Feb. 28 at noon.

The Practice Governance Standing Committee (PGSC) has been actively reviewing feedback on CREB^® Rules to maintain the high professional standards CREB^® REALTORS^® are known for.

Our Professional Standards Assurance Team (PSAT) has been busy in 2024, and we are still taking applications from CREB^® members to be part of our administrative justice investigation and hearing panels in 2025.
