There is an important update from the Alberta government on security deposit interest payments to tenants, which will come into effect on Jan. 1, 2024.

Show your clients some love with tickets to the Calgary Renovation Show! From Jan. 12-14, the vibrant marketplace will take place at the BMO centre. 

Due to low turnout at all the in-person and virtual sessions (27, seven, four, and eight at the four town halls), no additional town hall meetings will be scheduled on the CREB^® Campus.

Our fictional members have been through the investigation and hearing process, and the hearing panel’s decisions have been made. 

The REALTOR^® Cooperation Policy takes effect on Jan. 3, and CREB^® is getting you ready for it. The 10 Alberta real estate boards have established a harmonized rule and approach to fulfill the requirements of CREA's policy, which states, "Boards and Associations operating MLS^® Systems must adopt and enforce this policy in their MLS^® System Rules or an equivalent policy."
