Thank you to all CREB® members who joined CREB®'s first all-digital AGM this year. If you missed the meetings, check out some of this year’s highlights with links to all things AGM.

Expansion of CIBS benefit 

During the CREB® Critical Illness Benefit Society’s (CIBS) meeting, the motion was carried to add five critical illness categories to the definitions, expanding the scope of the program to support members in critical need.

Now, the CIBS benefit will provide support for the following critical illnesses:

  • Life threatening cancer
  • Coronary artery by-pass surgery
  • Heart attack
  • Kidney failure
  • Multiple sclerosis
  • Parkinson's Disease
  • Stroke
  • Major organ Failure
  • Bacterial meningitis
  • Benign brain tumor
  • Heart valve replacement
  • Motor neuron disease

Recognizing outstanding REALTORS® 

This year’s AGM featured award presentations to our 2019 recipients of:

  • The REALTOR® of the Year – T.W.H. (Bill) Saunders Memorial Award.
  • CREB® Volunteer of the Year – Marilyn Jones Memorial Award.
  • Honorary Life Member Award.
